Estimated delivery dates are automated by Etsy based on a normal postal service and are not accurate. If you require an express courier service, please leave me a message when placing your order and I will be in touch as soon as possible. Please note - express shipping will incur an additional charge so please keep an eye on your messages for my reply. All of our products are gift wrapped in brown paper with brown craft tape, tied together with brown twine and finished with a hand printed Lanas Basket label [image 2]. We now offer a selection of postcards as an optional add on. Due to Etsy listing restrictions, these can only be purchased with this item via the post card listings which can be found in the ‘miscellaneous’ section of my shop. These can be sent as pictured, or with a handwritten note on the reverse. If you would like me to write a message on your post card, please let me know in the 'note to seller' box at the checkout, or by contacting me directly. Customers who would like to send a message to their recipient, but do not wish to purchase a post card are welcome to use the 'note to seller' box to include a note, but please be aware these will simply be printed onto regular printer paper.
> p r o d u c t - d e t a i l s Spoon sizes and styles may vary but measure approx. as following: Teaspoon - 14cm/5.5 inches Dessert spoon - 18.5cm/7.3 inches We only work with brand new, stainless steel cutlery, making it hard wearing for frequent use and is also dishwasher safe. The hand stamping process will ensure each item is original and as such the wording may not always be completely straight and may have minimal blemishes, although we feel that this only adds to the character and individuality of the product, ensuring no two items will ever be the same and making each item unique to the owner! We regret that at this time, any requests for further customisation made at the checkout will be disregarded. > "r u s h - m y - o r d e r" Our 'Rush My Order' service is currently unavailable. > COVID-19 UPDATE With things in the world rapidly changing, ALL ORDERS, UK and overseas, are likely to be delayed. Overseas this is sometimes as long as 8 weeks in some parts of the world. Please understand that there is absolutely nothing I can do about this, and at this time we just have to be patient and know that things will be delivered as soon as possible. I have no control over the postal service and can only access the same tracking information as yourself (if a tracking service is selected). At this time I HIGHLY recommend UK customers to upgrade to the Signed For shipping service at the checkout. Please also be aware that the UK is currently in full lockdown and as such, some countries will experience more delays than others. You will still have the option to upgrade to a '1st Class Signed For' service (estimated delivery in 1 working day), which is something we continue to recommend if you would like your order to arrive sooner, however it is important to note that with either of these services, parcels are still very much subject to delay beyond the estimated delivery time. For this reason, orders will not be considered eligible for refund or replacement until at least 10 working days have passed*. If you require a more reliable service, please get in touch as we may be able to arrange this for you for an additional cost. Regretfully, any requests to upgrade shipping that has not been prior arranged and/or paid for, will be disregarded. Additionally, delivery time is separate to processing time, which will vary. If you require your order to be processed quicker, please pop us a message to discuss this first, as any requests to do so at the checkout will not be considered. STANDARD [orders placed before 17th May] Our standard shipping for orders placed before 17th May, was advertised as being a standard, non tracked service. With standard shipping there is no tracking number or signature required on delivery. In placing an order without the recommended shipping upgrade available at the time, our policy was that the customer fully understood and accepted that in the unlikely event that their order was lost or delayed, we would not provide any form of refund, replacement or compensation. Etsy Delivery frustratingly gives the impression of a tracking number being available, but this is just their way of referencing individual postage purchased by sellers, and IS NOT a valid tracking number. •O V E R - S E A S• We welcome custom from across the globe! Please note that we now offer recorded shipping as standard, allowing both us and the customer to keep track of your order. Where appropriate, we are able to assist customers with items lost or delayed in the post* This service does not does not change the estimated processing time. Customers are responsible for following the tracking which once dispatched can be found on your email notification and/or in your purchase history. If an order is returned to us as a result of being unclaimed, we will only be able to offer reshipping if the cost is covered by the customer (recorded service only), or a refund for the monies paid for the item(s) in the order. *Lanas Basket are not responsible for the loss or delay of orders if the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, and no refunds or replacements will be offered. If an order is returned to us due to customer error, we will offer to resend the items however the customer is responsible the cost of shipping. Lanas Basket are not responsible for items delayed in customs, post that is held up because of the current global pandemic, or as a result of issues within the postal service (ie, postal strike/national bank holidays (UK and overseas))
