Once you have paid for the digital download and payment has been cleared with Etsy, then you can download your Scrivener file in the purchases section of your Etsy Account. If you can not find it, go to the top right 'your account' button, and click 'purchases'. Here you will find your item and click on the 'download files' button next to it. Once you download the file, you must move and save it to your computer. You MUST move it ONTO your computer first and then you can open everything. If you try to open it directly from Etsy it won't work because you have not moved it onto your own computer first. You will need to purchase the Scrivener program to open the file.
