Kings of the Wild Frontier is the second album by English new wave band Adam and the Ants. It was released in November 1980 by record label CBS. This album introduced the "Burundi beat" sound to popular music. Kings of the Wild Frontier was released on 3 November 1980 by record label CBS in the UK and Epic records internationally. It reached No. 1 in the UK Album Chart, and spawned three hit singles: "Kings of the Wild Frontier", which was released in July and reached No. 2 in the UK Singles Chart; "Dog Eat Dog", which reached No. 4; and 'Antmusic', released in December and reaching No. 2, as well as No. 1 in Australia for five weeks. The album was the UK number 1 selling album in 1981 (and the 48th best seller in 1980) and won Best British Album at the 1982 Brit Awards. The US version of the album dropped "Making History" in favour of two tracks penned by Ant prior to teaming up with Marco Pirroni, "(You're So) Physical" and "Press Darlings". This was to promote a wide range of less popular artists on compilation albums known as the 'Loss Leader' PRO series, sold at a significantly reduced mail-order price. This Frank Zappa-oriented release is part of the series, although this particular compilation is also geared to promoting both the artists 'signed' to Zappa and the two labels, Straight and Bizarre Records, which Zappa co-founded with Herb Cohen. These two labels were manufactured and distributed by Reprise Records. This Frank Zappa-oriented 'Zapped' release is the 6th issue in the series, a compilation geared to promoting both the artists 'signed' to Zappa and the two labels, Straight and Bizarre Records, which Zappa co-founded with Herb Cohen. (These two labels were manufactured and distributed for Reprise Records by Warner Bros. Records from mid 1969 [Previously 7Arts]). The black & white cover of this PRO 368 release has a portrait of Zappa and the title is "Zapped" without an accent over the 'e' (as on a subsequent/similar PRO 368 release with a 'collage' cover & Reprise label). This vinyl's label is pale blue with a dark blue 'Bizarre' text. Issues did occasionally appear later in retail outlets, particularly in Australia.

Great Balls of Fire! is a 1989 American biographical film directed by Jim McBride and starring Dennis Quaid as rockabilly pioneer Jerry Lee Lewis. Based on a biography by Myra Lewis and Murray M. Silver, Jr., the screenplay is written by McBride and Jack Baran. The film is produced by Adam Fields, with executive producers credited as Michael Grais, Mark Victor, and Art Levinson. The early career of Jerry Lee Lewis, from his rise to rock and roll stardom to his controversial marriage to his 13-year-old cousin that led to his downfall, is depicted in the film. Until the scandal of the marriage depreciated his image, many had thought Lewis would supplant Elvis Presley as the "King of Rock and Roll" in the 1950s. The story was co-written by Myra Gail Lewis (her autobiography Great Balls of Fire!), the former wife of Jerry Lee Lewis, with Murray Silver. Despite this, co-writer Silver was upset by the lack of accuracy in the film, claiming it was "phoney". Director Jim McBride admitted that it was never his intention to tie his film to the facts, and stated "This movie does not represent itself in any way to be a historical documentary. We use the book as a jumping-off point." Lewis has openly stated that he hates the film and the book it was based on. Lewis did, however, praise Quaid's portrayal of him in the film, saying "he really pulled it off".Quaid even learned to play "Lewis-style" piano for the role. This was the final film of character actor Trey Wilson. He died at age forty from a cerebral hemorrhage in January 1989, prior to the film's release. An original motion picture soundtrack was released by the producers on the Polydor Records label on June 8, 1989. Lewis re-recorded his music from the 1950s for the soundtrack with the title track " Great Balls of Fire," "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On" and "That Lucky Old Sun." The soundtrack contains 12 tracks. A music video of the song "Great Balls of Fire", with Quaid and Lewis playing the piano and containing snippets of scenes from the film, was featured on the original VHS video release preceding the film. "Lewis Boogie" is also in the film during the closing credits but does not appear on the soundtrack album.

El Público enloqueció, y la banda abandonó el palco, ovacionada por el público. Cuando los Zeppelin subieron para tocar, mitad del estadio se había largado. Algo semejante ocurrió en el concierto de Cleveland, por lo que, los Grand Funk fueron "despedidos" del Tour, y nunca mas volverían a ser invitados a tocar en el mismo festival que los Led Zeppelin.
