Sheena Easton / Days Like This / SINGLE 7 INCH Sheena Easton / Days Like This / SINGLE 7 INCH SE VE CON POCO USO Aviso importante sobre el estado de los artículos en general: La mayoría de los discos llevan años almacenados y algunas carpetas y fundas pueden oler a viejo, a humedad o presentar señales de moho.  Los lps  suelen proceder de particulares.  Los maxi-singles  de 12 pulgadas casi todos proceden de discotecas. Las fundas de algunos discos suelen estar algo rotas o abiertas y algunos no traen la funda interior. Muchos discos presentan las típicas finas líneas de superficie y la funda suele estar gastada por los cantos y las esquinas o pueden tener pintadas o pegatinas.  Los singles pequeños de 7 pulgadas  suelen tener dobleces en las fundas y estar algo rotas por los cantos y bastante rozadas por los cantos y las esquinas, con pequeñas roturas en los bordes, también es normal que tengan pintadas y alguna pegatina y estén rozadas en superficie por lo que se nota la marca del disco. El disco suele presentar finas líneas de superficie y casi ninguno tiene funda interior. Muchas fundas pueden presentar suciedad del paso del tiempo. Otros singles están muy bien, pues proceden de emisoras de radio. Sobre todos los discos en general, si hay algún defecto considerable que supere las características señaladas ya se detalla en las características del lote.  La expresión 'señales de uso normal', indica que el disco puede estar sucio y presentar finas líneas de superficie y la funda estar gastada por cantos y esquinas y presentar dobleces, escritos y alguna pegatina, aunque la audición del vinilo es buena. Muchos discos están sucios porque llevan mucho  tiempo almacenados y deben ser lavarlos. Todos los discos se revisan antes de ponerlos a la venta y, además, antes de su envío al comprador. De todas formas, si encuentra algún defecto que no haya sido anunciado, por favor, comuníquenoslo, aceptamos devoluciones siempre que estén debidamente justificadas, aunque no abonamos los gastos de envío, sólo el importe del artículo. In 1952, Guthrie wrote and recorded a song at home titled ''I Don't Like The Way This World's A-Treatin' Me.'' The track appears on vinyl for the first time on a limited edition 10'' of the same name for Record Store Day 2019. Also found on this special release is a second version of the demo with new accompaniment from Wilco's Jeff Tweedy, who, along with Billy Bragg and Wilco, released a series of acclaimed albums featuring their interpretations of unearthed Guthrie lyrics. Mermaid Avenue, the first in the series, was nominated for a Grammy in 2000. If those two tracks weren't enough, I Don't Like The Way This World's Treatin' Me includes two versions of ''Beech Haven Ain't My Home'' (aka ''Old Man Trump''), whose lyrics were discovered within the Woody Guthrie Archives and chronicle the time the Guthrie family lived under landlord Fred Trump. As two drafts of the lyrics exist, the Riot-Folk Musician's Collective's Ryan Harvey combined them, with music composed by Johnny Irion (husband and musical partner of Woody's granddaughter Sarah Lee Guthrie). This release contains a version by Harvey featuring Ani DiFranco and Tom Morello (Rage Against The Machine/Auidoslave), and another from Irion's band U.S. Elevator. Available exclusively for Record Store Day as a 10'' EP, I Don't Like The Way This World's A-Treatin' Me is not only an historic, but a musical document, released in conjunction and with full cooperation from the Woody Guthrie Archives. Con sus dos estupendos albumes, sonaron bastante en las emisoras del Reino Unido y otros países (España, entre ellos), y llegaron a actuar en varias ciudades europeas. Pero lo que condenó a la banda de Liverpool fue, probablemente, que llegaron tarde a la fiesta. La segunda mitad de los 80 fue un momento dulce para el pop-rock inglés e irlandés, que consolidó a grupos como U2, Simple Minds, Dire Straits o Simply Red. Pero los RCP se subieron al carro en 1989, cuando el movimiento languidecía, y a pocos meses de la explosión, al otro lado del Atlántico, del fenómeno grunge. La banda aguantó como pudo el desinterés por el folk-rock, y aunque llegó a lanzar en 1991 un segundo gran LP, acabó deshaciéndose pocos meses después. Given the sadly neglected status of the band's early catalog -- meaning anything that was released prior to 1982's breakthrough  New Gold Dream (81-82-83-84)  -- through the early 2000s, it is doubly unfortunate that a compilation like this remained out of print for an extended period of time. And though the studio albums remained in print in the U.K.,  Simple Minds ' early years hardly received the red carpet compilation treatment that their later works did. While nothing here came close to approaching the stadium-pleasing popularity of later smashes like "Don't You (Forget About Me)," "Alive and Kicking," or even "Promised You a Miracle,"  Celebration  might provide a little shock to an initiated someone who snaps up a copy. It's a near-definite that plenty of people who own  New Gold Dream  and/or the  Glittering Prize 81/92 compilation remain oblivious to the fact that  Simple Minds  released five albums that ranged from good to spectacular between 1979 and 1981, before  New Gold Dream  came along with its perfect balance of art and pop to connect with a mass audience. Not only was 1979-1981 a prolific period for the band, but it was a period that witnessed them blossoming from a decent guitar-based post-punk band to a far more rhythmic and experimental entity that gradually shed their influences while ambitiously building on them. And as the few brave souls who have remained devout  Simple Minds  fans from day one might tell you,  Celebration  has stood the test of time better than  Glittering Prize  track-for-track.

The material on the companion discs presents a portal to the time of the recording of Led Zeppelin, says Page. It is a selection of work in progress with rough mixes, backing tracks, alternate versions, and new material recorded at the time.The band wrote and recorded nearly all of Led Zeppelin II while touring relentlessly to support its debut album. Incredibly, the album was released just seven months after Led Zeppelin in October of 1969. Led Zeppelin II features some of the band s most beloved tracks including Ramble On and Heartbreaker as well as Whole Lotta Love, considered by many to be one of the greatest rock n roll songs of all time. The album is certified diamond by the RIAA with sales of over 12 million copies.
