Kintsugi DIY kit with dish.This is a starter kit for the Japanese art of 'Golden Repair' otherwise known as Kintsugi or Kintsukuroi.Kintsugi is the ancient art of golden repair. Rather than masking the flaws of a broken item - Kintsugi embraces flaws and imperfections.The kit comes boxed and includes:- 2 part Kintsugi glue. - Paint brush.- Gold coloured powder.- Wooden mixing sticks.- Step by step instructions. - Face mask (suitable grade for use with adhesive).The standard kit does not include a bowl so allows you to work on your own item of pottery / china. There is the option to add a handmade Japanese bowl to the kit. The lovely bowls are perfect for breaking and repairing to create your own unique piece of Kintsugi art.
