For example, if your measurement is 1cm then go for the Small. The tubes are flexible so they will stretch a little. KITTEN HEELS: You can chop the top off the tube to shorten the tube to get on easier. PLEASE NOTE - the onus is on you, the customer, to measure correctly and select the correct size for your heel. We have included photographs of how to measure, advice on how to measure and are more than happy to answer questions on selecting your correct size.
