FREE LASER ENGRAVINGS: All of our products have the option to be personalized with an engraving. All engravings are free of charge, however all engraved rings are final sale. An engraved ring can be exchanged for a new size with a flat fee of $50. We highly recommend that if you are uncertain of your exact ring size, that you purchase the ring without an engraving first, then send back to have engraved anytime after since all size exchanges of non-engraved rings are free. If you purchase a ring without an engraving, there is no time limit on when you can send it back to be engraved for free. All engravings are done on the INSIDE of the ring. SIZING: Since all of our rings are Comfort and Smooth fit, they run slightly large. If you have your ring size in standard sizing, we always recommend ordering at least a quarter size down. If you are unsure of your ring size, we always recommend getting professionally sized at a local jewelry store or mall before placing an order. We do not provide or recommend any sizing tool online that can be done at home. These methods are incredibly inaccurate and will almost always be wrong and always too big. If you held off on the engraving, but now have your perfect ring size, you can ship the ring back to us and we can have it engraved and shipped back to you within the same day. We unfortunately do not provide shipping back to our store. SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All orders are shipped securely in felt pouch which is then placed inside of a jewelry box along with a cleaning cloth. Since all of our Tungsten products are made to order, please allow between 2-3 business days for your ring to be cast and shipped out. All shipping is Free within the United States. Once shipped, Etsy will send you a tracking number that you can track at www.usps.com. We do not have any more information than what the USPS website can give you. We are not responsible for any USPS delays and can not guarantee shipping or delivery dates. We have no control over shipping times once it leaves our office. If there are delays or issues, we will work with you and contact USPS and see what went wrong. If a package is lost or still in transit after 2 weeks, we prepare a new ring for you. All international packages are insured, so if the package is lost or still in transit after 30 days, we will issue a full refund including all shipping costs.
