We are always providing tracking number to all our packages, so please keep track of your delivery day, so you know when the package is being delivered. If the status shows as 'delivered', but you can't locate your package, please check all locations where the package could have been placed (including the back door, porch, back patio, garage, and any other area out of potential weather hazards). Please, check with anyone who might have retrieved the package, including your family, roommates and neighbors. If you still can't locate it, please let us know. We will ask the delivery company to start an official investigation. Please, keep in mind that package theft is unfortunately not covered by shipping insurance. Once the delivery company confirms the correct GPS coordinates for the package delivery, you will need to file a stolen property claim with your local police department.
