This product has been created to work on any PDF annotation app such as GoodNotes, Notability, etc. I primarily work in Goodnotes5 on an iPad therefore I am most familiar with this software. However, I will happily try to help you find videos and info on troubleshooting in other applications if needed. The apps needed to use a digital planner on a tablet are NOT included. They are a separate purchase from the App Store. This is just a one-time purchase from the App Store. Once you have the app, you can use it with as many digital planners, stickers, and custom pages as you would like. ***HOW PURCHASING A DIGITAL ITEM WORKS*** 1. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout and payment. 2. Once processed, the files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. The files be ready to use right away! A link will be sent in the email submitted with the order. ***YOU CAN ALSO ACCESS YOUR FILES FROM YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT*** 1. Sign in to Etsy.com using a browser, not the Etsy app. 2. Go to Your account, by finding the circle icon that has a head shape in it. It could also be your profile picture if you uploaded one to your account. 3. Click on Purchases and reviews and scroll to find your purchase from RiverStudioDownloads. 4. Next to the order, select Download Files. This takes you to a download page with all the files attached to your purchase. ***YOU WILL RECEIVE*** - One PDF file linked to Google Drive with planner downloads and planner covers. This page will also have written and video instructions links explaining how to download and add the planner to your iPad. - Zipped files with PNG digital stickers - Possible other zipped files from special offers.
