SIZE EXCHANGE POLICIES: Within 30 days from purchase - Rings that have not been engraved or personalized by us can be exchanged for: $10 - Rings that have been engraved or personalized by us can be exchanged for: 35% of original purchase price. Pass 30 days from purchase - All rings can be exchanged for 50% of original purchase. This is to ensure you can exchange the size years later when you gain or lose weigh and finger size changes. RETURN POLICIES: - We accept return within 10 days from delivery for rings that have not been engraved, personalized, or modified. There is a 15% restocking fee to cover our original shipping fee (provided free for your purchase) inspecting and cleaning of the ring. - We DO NOT accept return for rings that have been engraved, personalized, or modified under any circumstance.
